Registration Information

Registration for the assembly and hotel bookings are managed separately in order to meet the flexible needs of all participants. Please follow hotel booking instructions below (including special booking link) to utilize MLC-NA's discount rate and block of rooms. Contact info@mlc-na.org if you have any registration questions.

Assembly Registration

Registration for the MLC-NA Assembly is includes all of the following:

• Registration to all assembly events, including all keynotes, plenaries, workshops, prayers and liturgies
• Lunch and dinner on Thursday evening, Friday, and Saturday. Breakfast is available at the hotel's restaurant, Al's Table, or coffee shop.

Assembly costs:

• General Admission:  $425.
  Early Bird Discounted Rate: $395 available on General Admission through March 31.
• Kid's Admission (ages 3-12):  $110
  Includes meals and childcare during all main assembly times. Children under 3 are free!
  

Limited numbers of scholarships will be made available. More information to come.

Hotel Booking

Lodging at the Crowne Plaza Louisville should be booked directly with the hotel through MLC-NA's group discount link.

Booking for most attendees will be from Thursday, July 23 through Sunday, July 26. The booking site will allow you to schedule additional days at our rate, which is good for parties looking to spend additional time in Louisville.

Looking for a roommate? Awesome - we've got you! Our team is happy to pair up folks looking to lower costs by splitting a room. On the Assembly Registration, there is a place to indicate you are looking for a roommate... simply indicate that you are, and our team will be in touch to get that started. If you do this, don't book a room yet until we pair you up (to prevent both of you from booking).
