Step 1: Register for the Assembly
First, register with MLC-NA for the assembly by clicking the Register for Assembly button. All attendees must register, whether you are traveling from out of town or live in St. Louis. “Early bird” registration costs are $350 per adult and $150 per child. Adult registration costs after April 1 will increase by $25. Individuals in need of financial aid scholarships should review our application materials here.
Registration fees cover all assembly events, meals, and activities except for lodging. Because our assembly costs are bundled together with the hotel, alterations in cost for partial attendance, etc., are not available.
Use of the online registration requires payment in full at the time of registration. See the section below for information on deadlines and refunds.
If you need assistance registering or prefer to pay by mailing a check, do not use the online system. Instead, contact Rob Brodrick at info@mlc-na.org, and we will provide an alternative means of registration.
Early Bird Registration ends April 1, 2023. The final day to register for the assembly is July 10, 2023. However, please note that the last day for a guaranteed booking for a hotel room is June 29.
Step 2: Lodging
For all assembly attendees in need of lodging at the hotel, please click the Book at Hotel button to book your stay at the Sheraton Westport Chalet Hotel. Please use the link on this page and do not use the hotel’s regular website, as we have a special rate and group block at the hotel. All rooms are $139 per night, per room, and our group rate is available for several days before and after the assembly for those who are looking for additional stay.
Unless you have an alternative travel agenda, MLC-NA’s recommended dates to book a room at the hotel are Thursday, July 20 - Sunday, July 23 (i.e. 3 nights stay with checkout on Sunday).
Our hotel block is guaranteed through Thursday, June 29. After June 29, the hotel will release any remaining rooms to purchase by the general public and reservations cannot be guaranteed.
Hotel lodging includes breakfast and all regular hotel amenities. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL).

**Note that there are two different Sheraton hotels in the area. Our assembly and lodging are both at the “Chalet” hotel
Deadlines and Refunds
Assembly Registration with MLC-NA: The final date for all assembly registrations is July 10, 2023. Early bird discounts will be given through April 1.
Hotel Room Booking: The Sheraton Westport Chalet Hotel has guaranteed our hotel block through Thursday, June 29, 2023. After the cutoff date of June 29, the hotel will release any remaining rooms in our block to public sales. It may be possible to continue to book rooms at the this hotel or at the neighboring Sheraton Westport Plaza Hotel after July 29; however, neither a reservation nor our group rate can be guaranteed.
Scholarships: To be considered in the first round of scholarships, please apply by March 1. Applications for scholarships will be accepted and reviewed on a first-come-first serve basis until the assembly registration closes or available funding runs out.
Refund Policy: MLC-NA will provide a full refund of the assembly registration fees for any cancelation and refund requests received by Thursday, June 29, 2023. For cancelation and refund requests received after June 29 but on or prior to Monday, July 10, 2023, MLC-NA will refund fifty percent (50%) of assembly registration fees. No refunds after July 10 will be issued. To cancel your assembly registration and request a refund, contact info@mlc-na.org and provide your name, the request for cancelation, and your contact information.
